Wellways and Clarity Health Care invite applications from psychologists to provide counselling, assessments and tailored treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team in Queensland. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers and nurses to support participants’ mental health.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA (psychologist).
• Experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Trauma-informed counselling and multiple clinical modalities.
• Ability to triage mental health and de-escalate participants.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with computer literacy.
• Able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and manage time to meet KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Engage participants with personalised counselling, therapy and brief interventions.
• Conduct intake assessments and tailor counselling plans with participants and families.
• Advocate for participants and coordinate with clinicians, peer workers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage participants’ mental health in collaboration with health professionals.
• Join clinical meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development activities.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team with peers and other mental health clinicians.
