Qualifications

• Current AASW registration (mental health accreditation highly regarded).
• Experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage participants with personalised counselling, therapy and brief interventions.
• Conduct intake assessments and tailor counselling plans with participants and families.
• Advocate for participants and coordinate with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Monitor participant mental health and well-being in collaboration with health professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with peer workers and other clinicians.
