Life Without Barriers in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Trauma-Informed Child & Family Practitioner to join our Unley team. You will provide skilled casework, assessments and support to help place children and young people in safe, stable family-based environments with relatives or significant people in their lives.

You will work with carers, families and government agencies to develop and implement care plans prioritising safety and long-term wellbeing, while mentoring carers using the CARE model

Qualifications

• Passionate Child & Family Practitioner
• Skilled casework, assessments and support
• Ability to place children and young people in safe, stable family-based environments with relatives or significant people in their lives
