Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a part-time Crisis/Incident Management Clinician to deliver clinical excellence in critical incident support. The role offers onsite, virtual or tele-support to organisations impacted by incidents, with trauma-informed brief interventions and psycho-education sessions.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in Psychology or Social Work, registration with AHPRA or AASW, and a minimum of three years post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions.
• Ability to manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework.
• Excellent customer service skills with empathetic, proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel inter-state and intra-state for incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical excellence in critical incident support onsite, virtually or via tele-support.
• Deliver psycho-education sessions and individual interventions as needed.
• Support multiple sites and modalities with a focus on onsite work.
