Job summary

Carpentaria is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to children and young people within residential services. You will lead clinical interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to therapeutic principles across programs.

The role requires tertiary allied health qualifications with registration (AHPRA) or adherence to relevant standards, plus experience in trauma and attachment-focused care. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in therapeutic practice with children/young people, incl. OOHC/trauma.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment theory.
• Experience in assessment, therapeutic planning and behaviour support.
• Current professional registration or adherence to governing body's standards.
