Job summary

Linfos Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor for the Consumer & Healthcare Group, based in Erskine Park, Sydney. You will lead daily transport operations, oversee drivers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, compliance and top-tier service performance.

You will plan fleet schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements while building strong customer relationships within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, WHS and transport compliance.
• Experience coordinating fleet schedules, resources and subcontractor operations.
• Proven frontline leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence drivers and contractors.
• Strong customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data, monitor KPIs and identify practical improvements, supported by strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time and in full.
• Plan fleet schedules and optimise company and subcontractor resources to improve utilisation and control costs.
• Lead, coach and support drivers, including onboarding, training, inductions and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs, fleet performance, maintenance requirements and service delivery outcomes.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

What does the job look like?

We are looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily transport operations within our Consumer & Healthcare Group. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide hands‑on leadership to drivers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance, customer service and operational performance expectations are consistently achieved. This role will be on a permanent role based in Erskine Park. Key areas

• Lead and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time and in full
• Plan fleet schedules and optimise company and subcontractor resources to improve utilisation and control costs
• Lead, coach and support drivers, including onboarding, training, inductions and performance management
• Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, licensing and accreditation requirements
• Monitor operational KPIs, fleet performance, maintenance requirements and service delivery outcomes
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while identifying continuous improvement opportunities
