Winning Services in Altona, VIC, is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead delivery operations, manage teams, and uphold safety and Chain of Responsibility compliance. You will coordinate schedules, oversee loading, and ensure on-time deliveries with a strong focus on cost control.

This role requires 3+ years in transport and logistics with leadership experience, a proactive attitude, and proven ability to drive safety, productivity, and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery teams follow safety procedures and WH&S policies.
• Implement training to minimise incidents and injuries.
• Conduct fleet audits and maintain Chain of Responsibility compliance.
• Oversee loading accuracy and manage load restraint documentation.
• Build a motivated transport team and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Optimise transport operations and reduce costs.
• Plan next-day deliveries and manage truck requirements.
• Support Saturday delivery operations as needed.
• Liaise with contractors and report any stock or property damage promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

About The Position

Shift details

• Monday to Friday with approximate hours from 4:30am to 1:00pm, with flexibility to be contacted outside these times. Availability on Saturday mornings to support delivery operations is also required.
• Altona, VIC.
