Job summary

City of Sydney seeks a Transport Policy Analyst to support the analysis, development and implementation of the City’s transport strategies, policies, plans and projects. The role contributes to Sustainable Sydney 2030–2050 and works within the City Access & Transport Unit.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated transport policy experience, relevant tertiary qualifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in transport policy, analysis and development.
• Tertiary qualifications in Transport Planning, Transport Engineering, Geography, Planning or related discipline, or significant relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast moving work environment, as part of an agile team.
