Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmaps and value outcomes from planning through delivery and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate insights into clear goals and priorities, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle as Product Owner.

You will influence product direction using customer feedback and performance data while balancing commercial priorities.

Qualifications

Experience managing the full product lifecycle from shaping ideas and strategy through to design, delivery and continuous improvement.
Ability to turn customer and business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps and measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead products and initiatives from planning through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
Partner with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate insights into clear product goals, user stories and priorities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams end‑to‑end through design, development, launch and ongoing optimisation, acting as Product Owner.
Leverage customer feedback, market insights and performance data to prioritise opportunities and deliver measurable value.
Champion the product vision and roadmap, balancing commercial and customer outcomes and fostering agile delivery.
