Job summary

Riverina Australia is seeking a Transport Operator for our Oakey branch to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and coordination with production and administration teams to support daily transport operations.

The successful candidate will hold HC (MC preferred), pass random drug and alcohol testing, and demonstrate a positive customer service attitude while upholding Riverina’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of HC licence (MC licence preferred).
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing.
• Great attitude to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver store and customer orders.
• Ensure all loads are secured correctly and delivered in excellent condition.
• Complete all required delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Adhere to Fatigue Management and NHVL guidelines.

About the role

We have a full-time opportunity for a Transport Operator to join our team at our Oakey branch.
In this role, you will play a key part in the timely and accurate delivery of product to customers. You will work closely with the Production and Administration teams to support daily transport operations, align with production schedules, and uphold Riverina's standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

Your key responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver store and customer orders.
