Riverina Australia is seeking a hands-on Administration Officer for our Kingaroy retail store. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month, handling customer sales, orders and enquiries.

You'll be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service, processing transactions, and supporting store operations while maintaining accurate records and stock control. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with purchasing and ordering stock for retail and production requirements.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, customer‑focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our Kingaroy branch as a Full‑Time Administration Officer in our retail store. This position operates Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work one Saturday morning per month from 8:30am to 11:30am, assisting with customer sales and feed orders.

This is a varied, fast‑paced and customer‑facing role at the heart of our retail operations. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play an important role in providing friendly and efficient service, taking and processing orders, responding to enquiries and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to person, thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient service in person, over the phone and via email.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, availability and order processing.
• Process retail sales, customer orders, invoices and payments accurately.
• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑presented retail environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to coordinate customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with purchasing and ordering stock for retail and production requirements.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration or a similar role.

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems, with sound general administration skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
