Job summary

Riverina Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking a professional MR Driver to perform multi-drop deliveries of milk, dairy and food service products to Cafe's, Restaurants, Clubs and industrial customers in Sydney. You will work day shift, Monday to Friday, 4:30am to 12:30pm, with occasional Saturday overtime shifts.

You will hold a valid MR (or higher) heavy vehicle licence, demonstrate safe driving practices and high level of customer service.

• Multi-drop delivery of milk, dairy and food service products to cafe's, restaurants, clubs and industrial customers.
• Working day shift - Monday to Friday, 4:30am to 12:30pm.
• Undertaking Saturday overtime shifts when available.
• Working within a busy and dynamic Food Service environment.
• Detailed inventory control.
• Picking orders during the delivery route.
• Chain of Responsibility and Load restraint.
• Quality, safety and hygiene control.
• Manual handling/ trolleying of product.
• Monitoring and reducing waste.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, experienced MR Driver with a good driving record to perform multi-drop delivery of milk, dairy and food service products to Cafe's, Restaurants, Clubs and our industrial customers. The successful applicant will be required to work the Day shift - Monday to Friday, 4:30am to 12:30pm. With our strong customer service focus, Saturday overtime shift opportunities are regularly available.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
• Be highly focused on safety, quality, hygiene, delivery and efficiency.
• Good customer service and effective communication skills.
• Trouble shooting skills and high degree of initiative.
• Familiarity with COR (Transport Chain of Responsibility) principles.
• Flexibility to work shift work, including some occasional weekend work.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work unsupervised, and also as part of a team.
• Physical capability to undertake multiple drop deliveries.

Riverina Fresh offer competitive above award rates to skilled, experienced and qualified team members including applicable shift allowances and overtime rates.
