Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Transport Manager based at our Minto, NSW facility to lead safe, efficient transport operations and drive high-quality customer outcomes. You will oversee fleet performance, scheduling, compliance, and a strong safety culture across the team and with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NHVR requirements, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and transport compliance obligations.
• Experience leading transport operations, scheduling, and fleet performance.
• Proven ability to mentor drivers and transport teams to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient and reliable transport operations at the Minto, NSW facility.
• Oversee fleet performance, scheduling, maintenance, and compliance.
• Drive a strong safety culture across the business and with stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor drivers and transport teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and transport costs to improve operations.
