Downer Group's Transport & Infrastructure Cadet Program invites first and second year undergraduates to gain hands-on industry experience while completing their studies in Victoria. Cadets will rotate across teams, work on live projects, and receive paid placements with mentorship from experienced professionals.

The three-year program includes full-time summer work and potential casual work during semesters, with opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• Available for Cadet Induction on 30th November and 1st December 2026.
• Permanent working rights in Australia.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Enrolled in 1st or 2nd year undergrad in Engineering, Finance (Accounting), Commerce, Occupational Health & Safety or Science.
