Responsibilities

• Coordinating and allocating our local fleet.
• Managing customer bookings, quotes and enquiries.
• Entering, allocating and monitoring jobs via our TMS.
• Communicating with drivers and resolving daily issues.
• Assisting with interstate operations as required.
• Checking completed jobs and charges before invoicing.
• Preparing basic weekly truck performance reports.
• Loading and unloading.
• Receiving, checking, picking and putting away warehouse freight.
• Maintaining an organised warehouse and depot.
