Timbertruss, Australia’s leading prefab manufacturer, is seeking a Transport Administrator for our Corio-based team. You will manage delivery communications, update the Timbertruss database, and coordinate with the Transport Team Leader to confirm daily deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient and accurate communication flow for company staff and clients.
• Provide efficient and effective keyboard skills to undertake allocated clerical tasks.
• Liaise with customers on their delivery requirements and update information into the Timbertruss database on an ongoing basis.
• Liaise with the Transport Team Leader to confirm deliveries daily.
• Report any problems in the delivery process to the Transport Team Leader.
• Bringing jobs forward as required and maintaining manageable schedules for production and transport in the Timbertruss database.
• Receive calls, SMS and emails in relation to schedule changes and administering these changes in the Timbertruss database.
