Nolan's Interstate Transport is seeking a Transport Administration Clerk for a part-time role. This position supports our operations team by creating freight bookings and manifests and handling general administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have administration experience or a business studies certificate, fast and accurate data entry skills, sound computer literacy, and strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail in a busy environment is essential.

About the Roles

• Permanent Part Time Position
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, hours of work 7:00am to Finish
• Liaising and supporting our operations teamincreatingfreight bookings and manifesting
• Data entry, filing, scanning, answering phonesand other general administrative tasks

Ideally you will have

• Administration experience or have recently completed a certificate in business studies
• Transport administration training provided
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Experience in transport highly regarded
• Sound computer skills
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
