Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Coordinator for transitions in Melbourne, VIC, AU. The role focuses on day-to-day delivery, aligning scope with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes as projects move from transition to BAU.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and support financial tracking and governance, driving client satisfaction and successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Certifications or degrees in project management or related fields.
• Proven coordination experience with MSP environments preferred.
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder expectation management.
• Excellent written communication for status reports and minutes.
• Ability to foster client and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project.
• Coordinate documentation, asset and licence registers, and runbooks.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer into service desk and BAU teams.
• Run formal handover and hypercare to ensure smooth transition.
• Manage project financials and invoicing, and assist PMO with RAID reporting.
