Play a pivotal role in supporting Australian Defence Force personnel as they navigate one of the most important transitions of their lives — moving from military service into meaningful civilian pathways. As a Transition Support Officer, you’ll walk alongside eligible ADF Members from the moment they signal their intention to transition, right through to their full integration into civilian life. In this role, you will be working for The BUSY Group, situated in Joint Transition Authority Transition Centres, working alongside Australian Public Servants and Military Personnel as one team. Your work will be hands‑on, person‑centred, and deeply rewarding and involves:
