Tranzformd is seeking a Transition & Cutover Manager for a 6-month fixed-term engagement with a major enterprise technology transformation in Australia. The program will span workforce management, payroll and employee information systems, impacting thousands of employees.

You will define and execute transition plans, coordinate waves of deployment, and ensure smooth handover to BAU with governance and risk controls.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Transition Manager or similar on large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience developing and executing detailed cutover and deployment plans.
• Experience with phased or wave-based implementations.
• Strong go-live, readiness, release and handover skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups across business, technology and vendor organisations.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong RAID/risk management capability.
• Proficiency with Jira and project delivery tools.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in workforce management, payroll, ERP, CRM or enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Retail, multi-site or customer-facing operating environments.

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading Australian retail organisation, is seeking an experienced Transition & Cutover Manager on a 6 month ftc to support a major enterprise technology transformation.

The program will impact approximately 3,000 employees and involves multiple deployment waves across workforce management, payroll and employee information systems. Working closely with the program leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all transition and cutover activities, ensuring each deployment is delivered successfully and transitioned into stable business operations.

This is a highly visible role requiring a strong delivery professional who can bring structure, governance and control to a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
