Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility for professional registration or membership.
• Experience delivering positive behaviour support interventions for diverse clients.
• Understanding of legislation, NDIS frameworks and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioural assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and coach families, carers, and staff in positive behaviour support strategies.
• Collaborate with ECM’s multidisciplinary team, attend case conferences, and support service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, complete reporting requirements, and participate in supervision and professional development.
