Job summary

Troocoo is partnering with a leading Queensland insurer to appoint experienced leaders into its claims function. You will coach your team through complex decisions, build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, and use data to guide focus and improvements.

Qualifications

• Established people leadership in insurance or banking, preferably leading teams through change.
• Experience leading in claims, complaints, customer resolution or a regulated environment (PI, CTP, life insurance, workers comp).
• Balance empathy with accountability when decisions are difficult.
• Confidence using data and insights to boost team performance.

We're looking for leaders with a proven track record, not just potential. You'll bring:

• Established people leadership in insurance or banking, ideally leading teams through change
• Experience leading in claims, complaints, customer resolution or a similar regulated environment (personal injury, CTP, life insurance or workers compensation experience is highly regarded)
• The ability to balance empathy with accountability when decisions are difficult
• Confidence using data and insights to lift team performance
