Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering technology and business systems implementations.

• Experience developing or improving project management frameworks, governance and reporting.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Prosci are advantageous.

Are you a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into action, improving the way businesses operate and bringing people along on the journey?

At Vincents, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic and operational projects across our firm. Your portfolio will span technology, systems and business improvement with our technology program representing the largest immediate delivery priority.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact beyond individual projects. As our first dedicated Project Manager, you'll help establish how projects are delivered across Vincents while making progress on an active portfolio of initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, business teams and external providers, you'll bring practical structure, coordinate delivery and help people adopt new systems and ways of working. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we prioritise, govern and implement change, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Joining us on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension, you'll play an important role in supporting Vincents' continued growth and evolution.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

Leading projects from start to finish

You'll take ownership of planning and delivering multiple projects, translating business needs into clear plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources and risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. You'll coordinate internal teams and external providers and, where relevant, oversee delivery milestones, testing, data migration, business readiness and transition into ongoing operations.

Building our project management approach

You'll review how projects are currently managed and introduce practical processes, tools, templates and governance to improve consistency and accountability. You'll establish clear reporting and a consolidated view of projects, helping senior leaders understand progress, risks, priorities and resource requirements.

Making change stick

Successful delivery is about more than implementing a new system or process. You'll work with stakeholders to understand the impact of change, support communication and training, address barriers to adoption and ensure new ways of working are embedded into business-as-usual operations.

Partnering with the business

You'll build strong relationships with the Executive Leadership Team, divisional leaders and project sponsors, bringing people together to clarify requirements, navigate competing priorities and make informed decisions. You'll work with sponsors to confirm business ownership and resource commitments, constructively challenge slippage and elevate unresolved decisions or competing priorities. You'll translate complex information into practical recommendations and keep projects aligned with business needs.

Building capability and continuous improvement

You'll support and mentor our Project Coordinator and equip teams across Vincents with the tools, guidance and confidence to manage their own initiatives. You'll encourage a culture of shared accountability, continuous improvement and practical innovation.

What you'll bring

You're an experienced Project Manager who can move comfortably between the big picture and the detail. You know how to bring structure to complex initiatives, build stakeholder confidence and keep projects moving in a changing environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated success delivering technology and business systems implementations, together with broader operational or business improvement projects
• A strong track record of managing multiple projects, including scope, budgets, timelines, risks and resources.
• Experience developing or improving project management frameworks, governance, processes and reporting.
• A practical understanding of change management and how to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders.
• An understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies, applying the right approach to suit the project.
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement, with the ability to balance business priorities, risk and available resources.
• A collaborative approach to coaching others, sharing knowledge and building internal capability
• Experience in professional or financial services, technology transformation, systems implementation or process automation would be advantageous. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Wrike or Microsoft Project would also be beneficial.
• Project management and change management certifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP or Prosci, would be highly regarded.
