Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland in Fortitude Valley, QLD, is seeking a Change Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support digital transformation initiatives. The Change Analyst will focus on the people side of change, preparing the organisation for new projects and ensuring adoption and benefits realisation.

You will develop change, communications and training plans, manage risks, deliver training, and measure success to drive smooth transitions and organisational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience using a change management methodology.
• Experience implementing changes to people, processes, systems and technology.
• Coaching leadership and teams on change.
• Ability to drive adoption and benefits realisation.
• Strong communication design and delivery of change communications.
• Facilitation and training material development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed change, communication, and training plans.
• Conduct change analysis and identify stakeholders.
• Manage issues and risks related to change and readiness.
• Create project communications content, intranet content, newsletters and presentations.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support design and delivery of training.
• Deliver training when required.
• Define and measure success metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
