Job summary

Scope is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology-led transformations. You will drive planning, execution and benefits realization across multiple business units, reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager in a hybrid Hawthorn or Kingsgrove setting.

You will manage scope, schedules and budgets, coordinate risk and dependency mitigation, and ensure governance compliance. This role demands collaboration with sponsors, SMEs and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and benefit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects aligned to transformation goals.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, budgets to deliver on time and on budget.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies with proactive mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with ePMO templates and reporting protocols.
• Collaborate with sponsors to develop benefit realization plans and measurable indicators.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support project success.
• Manage governance and reporting to facilitate decisions.
