Job summary

Capricorn seeks an experienced Project Manager to join its Enterprise Project Management Office in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will lead end-to-end delivery, govern scope, time, cost, quality and risk, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.

You’ll work with our People & Experience teams to translate strategy into practical outcomes, supporting changes to org structures, roles, and capabilities for sustainable operating models.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience planning, leading and managing complex projects within scope, time, cost, quality and risk tolerances.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams of five or more people across business, tech and external suppliers.
• Proven governance, artefacts and reporting across project lifecycles.
• Experience with organisational change and adoption of new structures, processes or ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of challenging, rewarding projects aligned to Capricorn’s operating model.
• Create clear delivery plans, govern scope, time, cost, quality and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and dependencies; provide status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support organisational change and adoption of new operating structures and governance.
