Job summary

ชับบ์ ไลฟ์ is seeking a Business Analyst to shape business and systems solutions within the Commercial Insurance Transformation program. You will work with multiple squads and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solution designs that support delivery and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities include leading discovery activities, documenting requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in discovery, requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Ability to challenge current-state processes and identify improvements.
• Experience documenting business requirements, data mappings, and artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, document and validate discovery activities with stakeholders.
• Elicit and document business requirements across teams.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for capabilities.
• Map current and future-state processes to improve workflows.
• Translate needs into solution designs, artefacts, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with delivery squads to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to build shared understanding and drive outcomes.
• Support implementation, change impact assessment, and adoption.
