Chubb in North Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst to shape business and systems solutions within the Commercial Insurance Transformation program. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solution designs to support delivery and long-term improvement.

This role focuses on automating and transforming processes across Underwriters and Operational staff, covering discovery, data mapping, solution design, and change support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or delivery environments.
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience translating needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to understand business problems, pain points, opportunities and outcomes.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across stakeholders and teams.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for each capability.
• Map current-state and future-state processes to identify workflow improvements.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, artefacts, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with delivery squads and technical teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to build shared understanding and drive outcomes.
• Support implementation, change impact assessment and stakeholder communication.
