Chubb Insurance in North Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst to shape business and systems solutions within the CI Transformation program. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, support delivery, and drive long-term improvements for Underwriters and operational staff.

You will work across the full BA lifecycle, from discovery through to data mapping, stakeholder engagement, and change support, collaborating with delivery teams and technical specialists locally and abroad.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in discovery and requirements analysis across transformation, change, or delivery programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across business and delivery teams.
• Ability to challenge current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process maps, data mappings and artefacts.
• Experience working across multiple squads in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technical concepts and collaborating with technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, document and validate discovery activities to understand problems and outcomes.
• Elicit and document business requirements across stakeholders and teams.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for each capability.
• Map current and future state processes to improve workflows.
• Translate business needs into solution designs and artefacts.
• Collaborate with delivery squads to ensure alignment with objectives and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops to build shared understanding and drive outcomes.
• Support implementation, change impact assessment and stakeholder communication.
