Job summary

CSR Springboard is seeking a Transformation Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role based in North Ryde. You will drive end-to-end analysis on complex transformation projects, collaborating with project managers, change leads and delivery teams to translate insights into defined initiatives.

You will shape current and future state processes, validate requirements, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in Business Analysis across relevant industries.
• Strong capability in eliciting requirements, mapping processes and evaluating solutions.
• Excellent communication with business users, leaders and technical teams.
• Proven facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills across stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience leading analysis on medium to large or complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis to define and optimise requirements across transformation initiatives.
• Analyse business functions and processes to inform objectives and decisions.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps, workflows and specs.
• Lead design of To Be processes aligned with standards and objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and benefits.
• Provide strategic insight into drivers, risks, benefits and value realisation.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Oversee test planning, acceptance criteria and UAT for readiness.
