ABN Group is seeking a Transformation Analyst to join its Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Leederville, Perth or Docklands, Melbourne. You will support the transformation agenda by turning complex business challenges into clear problems, options and actionable recommendations, working with senior leaders and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within consulting, transformation, project delivery or enterprise change environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear questions, options and actions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience preparing executive briefs, options papers and recommendations.
• An understanding of technology-enabled transformation and delivery lifecycles.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with a structured approach to your work.
• A curious and proactive mindset, with the confidence to ask questions and seek out the information you need.

Responsibilities

• Analysing business problems, opportunities and strategic objectives to identify and shape potential transformation initiatives.
• Partnering with stakeholders to clarify scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks and expected benefits.
• Turning complex information and competing viewpoints into clear options and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Preparing executive-level briefs, options papers, investment summaries and other decision-ready materials.
• Supporting prioritisation of initiatives based on value, effort, risk and strategic alignment.
• Supporting discovery activities alongside architects, delivery teams and business subject matter experts.
• Helping define high-level solution options, delivery approaches, costs and change impacts.
• Supporting the transition of initiatives into delivery, ensuring scope, ownership, risks and dependencies are clearly understood.
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to develop insights, reports and presentations for senior and non-technical audiences.
