Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Training Systems & Technical Officer to support training, competency and site access at Ernest Henry Operations. The role focuses on modernising training systems and ensuring data integrity while engaging with stakeholders to uplift workforce capability and compliance.

Based at Ernest Henry, the role offers residential or DIDO arrangements with a 5/2/4/3 roster, balancing community life and project requirements in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a current Manual Driver's Licence.
• Strong experience with INX and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with training, competency and safety management systems in mining or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of training and competency systems across site.
• Develop and enhance digital training solutions, online assessments and eLearning resources using Moodle/INX Assessor.
• Manage and support site access processes for employees, contractors and visitors through key site systems.
• Maintain accurate training records, competency data and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
