Praemium Limited is seeking a commercially minded Training & Relationship Manager to partner with private wealth and IFA advisory practices across our platform suite. This role focuses on building trusted adviser relationships, driving platform adoption and delivering high-impact onboarding and enablement experiences.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to advisers, helping embed Praemium's solutions, navigate onboarding, and maximise long-term value from the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recent client facing experience in investment platforms/financial services/private wealth.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with advisers and practice teams.
• Commercially minded with ability to build trusted adviser relationships.

Praemium is seeking a commercially minded Training & Relationship Manager to partner with private wealth and IFA advice practices across our market-leading platform suite.

This role is responsible for building trusted adviser relationships, driving platform adoption and delivering high-impact onboarding and enablement experiences.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to advisers and practice teams, helping them embed Praemium's solutions into their business, navigate complex onboarding and transition activity, and maximise long-term value from the platform.

Success in this role is defined by adviser confidence, platform adoption, advocacy, retention and long-term relationship growth, not transactional servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and enablement programs for private wealth and IFA advice practices.
• Deliver tailored platform training and strategic guidance to advisers and practice teams.
• Build trusted relationships with advisers and key stakeholders across aligned client portfolios.
• Partner closely with New Business Managers to support adviser growth, retention and platform advocacy.
• Identify opportunities to deepen adviser engagement and increase platform adoption.
• Project manage complex onboarding, transition and implementation activity across internal teams.
• Act as a key escalation point, applying judgement and ownership to deliver strong client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM and relationship management data to support strategic engagement.

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• RG146 completed or underway, or equivalent tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' recent experience in a client facing role within investment platforms, financial services, private wealth or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with financial advisers across private wealth and retail/IFA markets.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted adviser relationships.
• Highly organised, self-directed and confident managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with investment platform technology, managed accounts or custody solutions highly regarded.

We are seeking candidates with a background in relationship management, onboarding and adviser enablement rather than roles primarily focused on sales or new business acquisition.
