Job summary

Praemium is seeking an Investment Platform Support Analyst to join the Client Experience team in Melbourne. You will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope & Spectrum platform offerings, handling calls, live chats and emails within SLAs.

Typical responsibilities include guiding clients on features like tax reporting, CGT modelling and income projections, while investigating portfolio data and data feeds to resolve queries.

Qualifications

• RG146 certification or strong wealth management background.
• Understanding investment concepts including trading activity, asset allocation, corporate actions and tax considerations.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating complex financial systems.
• Enjoys engaging with clients and guiding on platform features and functionality.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in platforms, investments, super or financial advice.
• Praemium platform experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an Investment Platform Support Analyst to join our Client Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope & Spectrum platform offerings. In the role, you'\'ll handle a diverse range of queries - balancing calls, live chats and email tickets within agreed SLAs.

Typical support involves:

• Navigation support, assisting client utilise key features.
• Support with platform capabilities like tax reporting, CGT modelling, income projections and historical tax reporting.
• Investigating and analysing portfolio data, data feeds and external provider dependencies to resolve queries.
• Responding to client queries relating to our managed account solutions, as well as alternative and harder-to-access investments.

About the Candidate

• Holds an RG146 or has a strong wealth management background.
• Understands investment concepts including trading activity, asset allocation, corporate actions and tax considerations.
