Job summary

Praemium is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist, Superannuation to drive capability, build knowledge and support the ongoing development of our operational teams in Australia.

Reporting to the Training & Quality Manager, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, develop training content, coach employees and ensure our people stay current with superannuation products, legislation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ experience within Superannuation.
• Strong understanding of superannuation products, legislation and operations.
• Experience designing and delivering workplace learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience developing online learning content and assessments.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and capability gaps across Superannuation teams.
• Design and deliver engaging product, technical and regulatory training.
• Develop and maintain digital learning content through our LMS.
• Deliver coaching and mentoring to support individual and team development.
• Create and maintain learning resources, guides and process documentation.
• Incorporate legislative and industry changes into training programs.
• Support competency assessments and capability reporting.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and learning outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a superannuation subject matter expert who is passionate about learning, coaching and helping others succeed.
