Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia, based at RAAF Base Williamtown, is seeking experienced AEW&C/AWACS and air surveillance professionals for permanent roles. The positions offer career progression within a large, multinational defence group and involve training and operations support.

You will work with a diverse team on advanced simulation and operational scenarios, contributing to both initial training and ongoing missions. Australian citizenship is required for security clearances.

Qualifications

• Completed Simulator Operator Course or equivalent experience and/or understanding of RAAF/coalition Air Battle Management tactics.
• Experience in AEW&C or AWACS environment as an Aerospace Systems Operator.
• Australian Citizenship to meet defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Essential role-playing duties, encompassing high-end war fighting to support aircrew training prior to deployment to current operations.
• Development & Maintenance of multiple high-fidelity scenarios to support both initial and operational training.
