Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver electrical design and technical solutions across diverse projects in Australia. You’ll prepare documentation, collaborate with buildings, infrastructure, defence and aviation teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical excellence, and help drive innovation while building expertise in growth sectors such as data centres and mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in consultancy, contractor or major infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering building services, infrastructure, defence, aviation, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical design and project delivery capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Chartered status or progress towards chartership is valued.
• Australian Citizenship is preferred; security clearance may be desirable.
