Job summary

RelyOn Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Electrical Supply Industry trainers to join our expanding team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality safety‑critical training across a range of sectors and locations, with a particular emphasis on High Voltage expertise.

You will bring extensive industry experience, relevant licences, and a passion for developing others, ensuring learners return home safely each day. Travel to various training sites across Australia is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Australian Electrical Supply Industry or similar sectors.
• Relevant qualifications, licences and technical expertise.
• TAE40110/40116/40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed specialisations.
• Previous training or mentoring experience (RTO or workplace preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, compliant and industry‑relevant training.
• Support learners to develop practical, real‑world skills.
• Travel to various training locations as required.
• Contribute to a growing student base and training pipeline.

We service the Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Arboriculture, Horticulture, Telecommunications, Rail, Mining, Renewable Generation and Thermal Generation sectors.

As demand for high‑quality industry training continues to rise, we’re looking for experienced Electrical Supply Industry professionals to join our team of expert Trainers and Assessors.

We are particularly interested in specialists in High Voltage (HV).

About You

You bring extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for developing others. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring workers across Australia and beyond return home safely each day.

You’ll have

• Proven experience in the Australian Electrical Supply Industry or similar sectors
• Relevant qualifications, licences and technical expertise
• TAE40110/40116/40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed specialisations
