RelyOn Australia Pty Ltd is expanding its team of Trainers and Assessors across Australia, with a focus on High Voltage (HV) expertise. The role involves delivering practical, compliant training and mentoring, leveraging a strong background in the Electrical Supply Industry.

You will join a growing RTO, offering competitive salary or contract arrangements, ongoing professional development, and travel across training locations to support learners and industry safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Australian Electrical Supply Industry or similar sectors.
• Relevant qualifications, licences and technical expertise.
• TAE40110/40116/40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed specialisations.
• Previous training or mentoring experience (RTO or workplace preferred but not essential).

Responsabilités

• Deliver HV-focused training to learners and assess competencies.
• Travel to various training locations as required.
• Ensure training is compliant, engaging and industry-relevant.

We are particularly interested in specialists in High Voltage (HV).

About You

You bring extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for developing others. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring workers across Australia and beyond return home safely each day.

You’ll have

• Proven experience in the Australian Electrical Supply Industry or similar sectors
• Relevant qualifications, licences and technical expertise
• TAE40110/40116/40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed specialisations
• Previous training or mentoring experience (RTO or workplace preferred but not essential)
