De Bortoli Wines is seeking a Trainee Winemaker to join our Winemaking team, offering hands-on exposure to laboratory and cellar operations while supporting product development, trials and research projects.

Reporting to the Senior Winemaker, you will develop skills across laboratory analysis, blend preparation, wine evaluation and QA procedures, building a foundation for a long-term career in winemaking.

Qualifications

• Aspiring winemaker with a keen interest in laboratory and cellar operations.
