• Entry-level role suitable for career starters.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable transport for site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Implement legislative requirements for Owners Corporations.
• Ensure compliance with the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notices, budgets and minutes.
• Respond to owners’, tenants’ and property managers’ enquiries.
• Liaise confidently with committees, contractors, debt collectors, solicitors, developers and other stakeholders.
• Attend AGMs, general meetings, committee meetings and ACAT hearings when required.
• Conduct site visits and perform inspections.
