Vantage Strata is seeking a Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of buildings in Canberra, delivering high-quality services. You will work with Executive Committees, Owners, and a team to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and proactive management of budgets, meetings, and maintenance programs to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a portfolio of buildings and relationship building with clients.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Negotiation and dispute management capability.
• Ability to structure and run meetings.
• Clear, concise correspondence drafting.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and time management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executive Committees and Owners.
• Manage a portfolio of buildings and advise clients on legislation.
• Liaise with developers, builders, owners, tenants, contractors.
• Prepare budgets, agendas, minutes and other docs.
• Perform site visits and inspections.
• Implement maintenance programs with facilities team.
• Establish insurance policies and lodging claims.
• Convene and attend AGMs and committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and rules.
