NSW Health is seeking a JMO Trainee Stage 2-4 in Emergency Medicine for Auburn Hospital, working 19 hours per week in a temporary part-time capacity. This role focuses on delivering clinical care under supervision in a busy ED environment for adult and paediatric patients.

The primary purpose of the JMO Trainee Stage 2-4 in the Emergency Department is to provide clinical care, under appropriate supervision, to patients requiring emergency medical services in a complex clinical environment. This includes both Adult and Paediatric patients. This position will provide experience in a critical care environment and have responsibilities and opportunities for autonomous practice commensurate with the level of experience of the incumbent.
The Advanced Trainee is expected to function at a trainee level, supervise and also participate in teaching Junior Medical Officers and Medical Students, and taking part in research where appropriate.
