Job summary

Gold Fields is recruiting for a Process Operator at the St Ives Mine Site. The role offers a FIFO roster (8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off) with hands-on plant operation experience across crushers, mills, leach tanks and control rooms.

You will work with an experienced team, learn safely, and gain maintenance exposure while supporting a strong safety culture. Applicants from Kambalda or Kalgoorlie welcome.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy mining environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication with colleagues.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushers and mills, leach tanks, elution and control room operations.
• Handle and maintain mining equipment such as IT loaders, Bobcats and forklifts.
• Assist with plant shutdowns, maintenance and safety discussions.
