Job summary

Pacific National offers a 2-year max term Trainee Locomotive Driver program across Melbourne, Geelong, Ouyen, Maryborough and Dimboola. You will train on-the-job and in the classroom to become a Qualified Driver, with full training provided.

Earn while you learn and progress through a structured three-stage program, gaining a TLI42622 Certificate IV in Train Driving upon completion. Current C Class Licence and school certificate required; no rail experience necessary.

Qualifications

• No rail experience required – full training provided.
• Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.
