Job summary

Pacific National is offering a Trainee Locomotive Driver position in Dimboola with an accelerated traineeship combining on-the-job and classroom training. You will learn to operate locomotives safely and progress through a three-stage program to become a Qualified Driver.

Upon completion, you will obtain the TLI42622 Certificate IV in Train Driving and join a team delivering freight across Australia. No rail experience is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset required.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts (nights/weekends).
• Flexibility to work away from home when required.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication helpful.
• Hold a C Class Driver's Licence.
• School Certificate or equivalent is required.
• No rail experience is required — full training provided.
