Job summary

Pacific National is offering a Trainee Locomotive Driver position in Melbourne. This 2-year max term opportunity lets you earn while you learn as you train to become a qualified driver.

The program combines on-the-job and classroom training, progressing through three stages to certification. You’ll gain TLI42622 Certificate IV in Train Driving after completion and support to work across multiple sites in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset required.
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
• No rail experience required – full training provided.
