Responsibilities

• Source and attract quality owner-drivers and fleet partners.
• Build and manage a strong recruitment pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
• Advertise, screen and interview potential drivers.
• Manage onboarding from first contact to activation.
• Maintain driver engagement and retention.
• Identify recruitment opportunities and market trends.
• Track recruitment activity and conversion results.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights.
• Support recruitment campaigns and business growth initiatives.
