Qualifications

• No prior experience in employment services required, just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Willing to obtain National Police Clearance.
• Valid Right to Work in Australia and a current Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain).
• Mentored from experienced Employment Consultants during the traineeship.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced Employment Consultants through hands-on mentoring and training.
• Build genuine connections with Job Seekers through meaningful conversations.
• Assist with job search activities including resumes, cover letters and interview preparation.
• Support a small and growing caseload with professionalism and care.
• Help identify skills, strengths and development opportunities for participants.
