Job summary

Busy Bees is a leading global early learning provider in Australia. We are seeking a motivated Trainee Educator to join Busy Bees at a centre, on a full-time basis, with the chance to earn while you learn toward a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will assist in delivering play-based learning, maintaining a safe, inclusive environment, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to obtain a valid WWVP Working with Children Check for [QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA].
• Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, transitions and supervision of children.
